Yoga-Sail Adventure on Dutch Love, Exumas, Bahamas - Belize - Roatan Join Kim and Captain Harman on a journey for the soul. Meditation and daily yoga are only a part of this adventure into nature. Finding ourselves in a new location each day we will explore the waters above (sailing & kayaking) and below (snorkeling). With nutritious meals and inspiring discussions rounding out this week long excursion.
Yoga-Sail Charters on Biscayne Bay with Namaste Charters, Coconut Grove, FL Schedule with Namaste Charters Enjoy beautiful Biscayne Bay with Kim and Captain Nick for a sunset Yoga Sail charter. Leaving Dinner Key Marina in Coconut Grove, we will ground ourselves in a meditative sail across the bay to Key Biscayne. Here Kim will guide you through an hour long vinyasa flow class, leaving you feeling energized and refreshed. We will then enjoy some healthy snacks and beverages as we continue to explore the bay under sail. Charters run 3-4 hours depending on weather.
